Get the most from your eyes.
    Preserve your freedom to drive!

Just because you have reduced resolution or visual acuity, it doesn't necessarily mean you must give up driving.  In fact, many people with this condition still enjoy the freedom of driving with the assistance of bioptic telescopic lenses.  It just takes a bit of training to be certified to use them. That's where we can help!

Located in the beautiful Umpqua Valley, Umpqua Community College (Roseburg) is one of the few certified rehabilitation training programs that specializes in training low-vision and bioptic telescopic lens drivers in the state of Oregon.

Given the low population of approximately 35,000 people and the gorgeous scenery, Roseburg is the perfect location for new and returning low-vision drivers to train.
